Do you offer free quotes for commercial work?+

Can you install access control systems we already purchased?+
Absolutely. If you’ve already bought hardware (or your IT team specified a system), we can install and integrate it. We’ll let you know upfront if there are any compatibility concerns with your existing doors.
How long does a master key system take to design and install?+
For a simple two-level master system on a small office (5-10 doors), we can usually design and install within 1-2 days. Larger systems with multiple access tiers and many doors may take a week or more. We’ll give you a clear timeline with your quote.
What happens when an employee leaves with keys?+
Best practice is to re-key the doors that employee had access to. With a properly designed master key system, we can do this without disrupting other employees’ access. With access control, you simply deactivate their credential, no re-keying needed.
Do you service after-hours emergencies for businesses?+
Our standard service hours are Mon-Sat 8AM-9PM. For commercial accounts with service agreements, we can arrange after-hours availability for true emergencies. Discuss this when setting up your account.
Can you re-key locks on a property we just bought?+
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. You have no way of knowing how many copies of the previous keys exist. We can re-key all exterior locks in a single visit, typically within a few hours.
Are your locks ADA-compliant?+
Yes, we install lever-style handles, paddle-style exit devices, and other hardware that meets ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements. If you’re not sure if your current setup is compliant, our assessment will identify any issues.
Do you offer service contracts or ongoing maintenance?+
Yes. Many of our commercial clients have ongoing service agreements for regular re-keys, hardware servicing, and access control updates. This gives you priority scheduling and predictable pricing.
